  1.   Use Chalk to Remove Grease Stains. Pre-treating oil and grease stains is one of those necessary laundry hacks that keeps these spots from becoming permanent. But pausing your dinner prep to change your clothes just isn’t always possible. Instead, keep some chalk in the kitchen and rub it on the stain as soon as it occurs. The chalk will absorb some of the grease so the spot is more likely to disappear when washed. Talk about a great tips for how to make laundry easier!  
  2. Remove Wrinkles with Ice Cubes. While we know steam can get rid of wrinkles, a typical day leaves little time for ironing. Fortunately, your dryer can do all the work with one the best-kept laundry secrets: a few ice cubes. Simply set the dryer on its hottest setting and toss 2-3 cubes in the dryer with your wrinkled clothing. The ice and heat will create steam that leaves clothes wrinkle-free with little effort.  
  3. Restore Shrunken Clothing with Baby Shampoo. Letting a favorite shirt slip through the cracks and shrink in the dryer is one of the most common laundry mistakes. Luckily, one of the easiest laundry hacks can fix the problem with a little baby shampoo and these simple steps: Fill a basin or sink with warm water and add a capful of baby shampoo Soak the clothing for 10 minutes. Drain the sink or basin and squeeze the clothing to remove excess water. Lay the garment flat on a towel and roll the towel to extract additional water. While the clothing is still damp, gently stretch to restore its shape and size. Allow to air dry completely. laundry hack.  
  4. Trade Your Fabric Softener for Vinegar. Vinegar comes in handy for several laundry tips but using it as a fabric softener is particularly effective. After adding detergent, pour ¼-½ cup of white vinegar in the fabric softener compartment of your washer. The vinegar will loosen fabric fibers, softening them naturally without using chemicals or additives.  
  5. Banish Sweat Stains with Baking Soda and Lemon Juice. Stain removal techniques for unattractive sweat stains don’t have to involve harsh chemicals or commercial solutions. Some basic baking soda and lemon juice can not only remove stains, but freshen fabric. Squeeze lemon juice right on the stains and sprinkle with baking soda to create a paste. For best results, let the paste dry in the sun before washing  
  6. Speed Up Drying with a Clean Towel. Want to know how to get laundry done faster? Toss a clean, dry towel in the dryer with your wet clothes. The towel will help absorb moisture so the entire load dries faster.
