Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email?
When you placed an order with us, you will receive an email with details ofyour order and shipping information. If for any reason you don't receive an email, please check your order details online, check your spam mail and junk mail. If it's still nowhere to be found, please contact us for further assistance.
How long will my order take to ship?
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once the order is processed, it will be ship out. If the processing and shipping schedule changes from the estimated dates, we will reach out to you.
Can I make any changes after I placed my order?
We advice all our buyers to double check the all their information upon ordering. However, yes, you can make changes after you placed your order as long as your order has not been shipped. If you need to make any changes to your order regarding size or shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
At the moment, we do not accept any returns. All sales are final.
What is your exchange policy?
If you received a damaged or defective piece, please email pictures of the pieces and we will work towards a solution. Refunds or exchanges will be processed upon review.
I haven't received my order, what should I do?
Ginna Designs is not responsible or liable for lost, stolen, misdelivered, delayed, or damaged packages. If there's a problem with your order after it has been shipped, please contact shipping carrier.
Ginna Designs is also not responsible for fees associated with re-shipment, if packages are returned to Ginna Designs. We would notify you if packages are returned to us.
