It is what I would tell every beginniner to look through it they are serious about wanting to learn more about the game.

The DND Dungeon Masters Guide is a wonderful book with all you need to start your journey as a new Dungeon Master! It has all the rules that a typical player wouldnt know as well as some techniques for story telling and how to balance combat encounters for players of all levels.

  3. Ever catch yourself thinking what kind of monster you wanna have your players fight next session? Or maybe you are a player looking to expand your knowledge on the monsters that roam the land, if thats the case look no further than the DND Monster Manual. This is a massive book with a ton of monsters and there stat blocks for you to use in your games. It comes with so many different kinds of information on them like weaknesses, health, abilites and where they are most likey to be hanging out at. If you love mythical creatures and want to add some to your DND game I would highly recommend taking a look at the Manual of Monsters!

  4. Moving away from books we have a few resources that you can find online that just will make your games go a litle smoother. The first up is the DND Wiki. If you and your friends ever have a spell that your not sure how it fully works, or you wanna look through the races that the DND Players Handbook might not have updated, you can find anything on the DND wikidot. It has every class as well as some new ones from later additions, as well as every spell you can think of and how it works. It is an incredible resource to use and has saved some diputes at my table for sure.

  5. Last thing we have for you is one that is completly optional but if you are super serious about the game and want to show your support while also getting an amazing service you should check out Wizards of the Coasts DND Beyond. This is a fanstasic website with every single book and rule together in one place, as well as a digital charater making tool that makes it so much easier to quickly make characters and play. Your DM can manage all the sheets and also use it to add abilities, take away health and even roll dice completly digitally. Not only are you getting access to everything DND has ever published for a small fee, but you also have acess to every single custom item, spell, magic item and monster created by the community, if you are tired of all the basic monsters in the monster manual, why not look up one created by our talented community.
